I couldn’t have imagined that I would experience the
things I experienced and meet the people I met. I learnt so many
of life’s lessons that cannot be taught at any school or
institution in the world! I learnt to go with the flow and not
let bad experiences get me down. My host family was unreal! They
really made me feel welcome and not just a guest. I was actually
a part of their family. I am now more focussed on my studies and
a lot more globally minded.
