How Do I Apply?
If you have attended one of our free information evenings and
believe you
meet our eligibility criteria and if you have your
parents’ support
and encouragement then the next step is to submit an application
to us.
Allow enough time to complete the form with input from your parents,
your school and your doctor.
 |
Step
1 - Download an application
form or
call us on 1300 135 331 (in Australia)
or 0800 440 079 (in NZ) and we’ll organise to send
one to you. |
|
 |
Step 2 -
Complete and return your application
form together with your $500 deposit
(fully refundable if your application is not accepted).
You should be sure to apply at least 4 - 5 months prior
to departure. |
|
 |
Step 3 -
We will acknowledge its receipt and liaise
with you regarding missing information
or anything that’s not clear. We will check it for
eligibility. |
|
 |
Step 4 -
One of our staff or coordinators will come
to your home (or a mutually agreeable
venue) to meet with you and, if possible, your parents.
Provided you meet our selection criteria and the interview
confirms your eligibility then you will be formally notified
of your
acceptance on the program. |
|
 |
Step 5 -
We’ll
then send your application to your
country of choice. |
|
 |
Step 6 -
Assuming you’re accepted by our
overseas partner, we’ll send you some printed
materials and arrange a time and
place to provide you and other students
a comprehensive pre-departure orientation. |
|
 |
Step 7 -
Prepare for lift off! |
|
 |
Step 8 -
Once you’ve left home and arrived in
your host country you’ll be met by a representative
of our overseas partner, or your host
family or coordinator. |
|
 |
HOME COMING -
Once you’ve arrived home,
we’ll send you a “Welcome Home Pack” and
stay in
touch with you about returnee gatherings
and events. Then you start the next chapter of your life
with new curiosity and knowledge about the world! |

School
is so very different to my school in Australia. Biggest
difference would be that it’s co-ed, but that’s
not bad!
I love my classmates, They’re all so welcoming and
sweet!
After I had a bad morning with homesickness,
I got to school and received hugs all round, and everyone telling
me in slightly broken English that ‘we are your family
here!’
